We meticulously treated the main lobby, including the wall behind the reception desk and two adjoining passageways, ensuring every detail – from panel color to placement – was thoughtfully tailored to the hotel’s sophisticated, open, and transparent architecture. This design allows the acoustic panels to be admired from both inside and outside the hotel, and we at Košćak Audio are immensely proud of this accomplishment.

The opening of the House of Culture in Dalj Planina is one of the main reasons for the survival of the Hungarian community in that region.
After the construction ended, the only remaining problem was the acoustics of the room. The hall could hardly be used at all because the sound echoes were extremely long.
Acoustic panels are placed at a height of over 6 meters on thin cables in accordance with a detailed acoustic design. Not only was the acoustics no longer a problem, but the hall also gained an almost monumental look and feel.

THE HANGAR

The acoustic panel capacities that KOSCAK AUDIO can deliver in a short time, with outstanding precision in handcrafted manufacturing and proven acoustic efficiency, were demonstrated during the acoustic project for Hangar. This highly challenging space, with an initial reverberation time of nearly 7 seconds, posed a demanding project requirement. In a 1,000 m² hall with ceilings reaching up to 5 meters, the goal was to achieve near studio-grade acoustic performance.
In record time, from complex acoustic panel design and precise panel positioning to exceptional final acoustic results, KOSCAK AUDIO once again proved its professionalism, attention to detail, and, above all, efficiency.
As the pinnacle of audio engineering expertise, KOSCAK AUDIO also designed a fixed sound reinforcement system. The project included system selection, equipment quantity calculation, and custom mounting solutions for speaker enclosures. The hall was divided into four delay zones, combined with superior acoustics, resulting in an almost studio-quality listening experience. This was one of the most demanding projects in which the KOSCAK AUDIO team takes great pride.

CENTAR KREATIVNE INDUSTRIJE ZADAR

The Center for Creative Industries’ vision is to become and remain a generator of the development of small and medium enterprises in Zadar County in the creative industry sector.
Although the project was worked out before the construction of the entire facility was completed, the acoustic task was extremely complicated. With an emphasis on the recording room, the acoustic panels had to contain several sorbent layers resonant and ab to achieve satisfactory acoustic needs. Total echo times are precisely defined for each of the three rooms. The acoustics should be neither too dead nor too resonant.

Elly Bašić Music School, one of the biggest in Croatia, is an educational institution that works according to the curriculum of Functional Music Pedagogy, verified by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports. Teachers in that school care a lot about the quality of education of their students, so they provide them with the best possible conditions. The most important condition when teaching musical instruments is the acoustics of the room. It is almost impossible to precisely distinguish the tones and durations of certain sounds in a poorly acoustically treated room. Therefore, based on special acoustic measurements and projects, we designed the ideal acoustic treatment of both rooms. Both professors and attendees are thrilled with the new controlled acoustic echoes.

The ground level hall brings first impressions to visitors and therefore the acoustics of the space is very important. The goal of the studio’s acoustic project was not only to solve the bad acoustics but also to decorate the space. At the client’s request, every surface—except the floor—was fully covered in acoustic panels, making this a uniquely demanding project. Over a month of meticulous planning went into every detail, from routing for sound and video systems to precise placements of the cinema screen, speakers, air conditioning, and LED lighting. This attention to detail was essential to ensure millimeter-perfect craftsmanship, as each panel was custom-built to align seamlessly with the defined specifications.
Beyond precision, the design of each acoustic panel was paramount. No two panels are alike, with each handcrafted to achieve optimal acoustic performance by incorporating unique resonant and absorbent layers. This approach, which required over three months to complete, allowed us to deliver superior acoustic quality and luxury. We are grateful for this project, which allowed KOSCAK AUDIO to carefully oversee every detail of this luxurious home cinema from concept to completion.
